I have an undefined face, no nasal bridge, "chubby" lower third of face. Any suggestions? (photos)

More images are needed, larger size and other profiles, but you will be very very happy in the hands of a surgeon with experience on asian rhinoplasty; you need septal lenghtening, multiple grafts on tip and eventually on the bridge.

Hello,There are many ways that we improve the definition of the face.  This can involve shaping bone, using implants, adjusting soft tissue, etc.  In Boston people often choose things that result in a faster recovery.I'd suggest an evaluation in person is the next step.

Thanks for the question, I typically will do a buccal fat pad removal (remove some cheek fat from inside the mouth so there is no scar). This is a quick straightforward procedure for giving the lower face some more defintion. For the nose I usually use some cartilage to build it up 

I would recommend microliposuction of the perioral mounds and jowls to reduce the jawline puffiness, cheek implants and a small nasal implant to reshape your face.
