Which manufacturers still make customized silicone Chin implants?

The one manufacturer in the U.S. that can make custom chin implants from a  3D CT scan is Implantech. This is about a 3 week design and manufacturing time from the time the CT scan is received.

It is very rare to undergo a custom chin implant unless there is some significant deformity present. Silastic chin implants are easily customizable by the surgeon, and we do this quite often when there's mild asymmetry present in the existing mandible. Chin implants are manufactured in a large array of sizes and shapes which is best determined at the time of the consultation and examination, since both the implants and the mandible are three-dimensional structures. Dear 1Katherine1, Most surgeons do not have any need for a customized chin implant due to the fact that there are so many styles and types of chin implants available. It is the surgeons job to pick the implant that will best balance the patients profile and facial aesthetics.
