Is my hanging columella an easy fix? What else be recommended for a smaller neater nose? (photos)

You are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty procedure to deproject your tip, fix your hanging columella, and overall make your nose fit your face better.  From your photos it also appears that you may have a weaker chin so you could consider a small chin implant to help augment your results. 

The hanging columella is a straightforward and relatively easy fix. The procedure involves trimming back excess skin and cartilage at the caudal septum to tuck the columella inwards. This can be accomplished with a closed rhinoplasty approach with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. For many examples, please see link and video below

your photographs there are a number of problems besides the hanging columella.
You have a slight dorsum hump, a nose that is over projecting, in relationship
to your chin and profile and possibly a tip distortion with unattractive highlights.


My suggestions
would be to see an experienced Rhinoplastic Surgeon, undergo digital imaging
and do not regard this as “easy” or “cheap” surgery. This is a terribly
important step in your life and it must be done correctly the first time.
Cutting corners or having an “easy fix” could lead to you needing more surgery
in the future to try and correct the primary operation. Do your homework and don’t
expect an “easy” fit.
