I'm a Pilot and would like to know how much recovery time would be required after cosmetic surgery?

Dear Jordan,   Congratulation on you decision for surgical  self improvement that will increase your self esteem, confidence and sense of masculinity.   All the surgeries that you mentioned can be done in one or 2 settings and you can return to work within 7-10 days    You have to realize that not all results are the same, because experience, technical skills and aesthetic eye are critical for good outcome. So, do your due diligence carefully and choose your surgeon wisely.    Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Each of the procedure you have mentioned would require anywhere from 2-4 weeks downtime. Therefore, if financial aspect is not an issue, then from the recovery standpoint I would combine most, if not all, of these surgeries in one setting. If combined, would probably allocate close to 4 weeks before coming back to work 

 A rhinoplasty, chin implant and cheek implants required to to three weeks off from your day-to-day activities flying an airplane. All three of these procedures can be performed simultaneously under one anesthesia which allows one recovery period. For many examples of all three, please see link and the video below

In general, all of procedures you mentioned could be done  together.  A rhinoplasty and chin plant are very  commonly done together and a  cheek implant can be  added  without a problem. I'm  not sure what type of forehead implant you are seeking. I'd expect you could  resume flying in 3 weeks post  surgery.
