Would insurance cover a septorhinoplasty?

488GTB
So I had trauma to the nose about 8 months ago in which resulted to a deviated septum and a crooked nose. I’d like to get a rhinoseptoplasty to take care of both issues. Does insurance normally cover these types of procedures? Also would it be possible that the deviated septum is causing the nose to be off center and there be no nasal bone damage ? Thank You
