Torso and thigh lipo or fat transfer to hip dip? (Photo)

Question

I'm wanting to improve my silhouette. As I am aging, I notice hip dips more. A fat transfer to fill the hip dips was mentioned, however I am worried about the risks of uneven healing and wonder if just lipo to outer thigh, back and abdominal area to remove as much fat will give a better look? I really don't want a huge Kim Kardashian hips and ass look
