Younger patients because of elasticity of the skin make better liposuction candidates. The recovery is fairly straightforward. Expect to pay 1000 $1500 per area. Gluteal augmentation will cost around $6-$9000.

Ultimately, you need to consult with a Plastic Surgeon but you're likely a candidate for Liposculpting. Your age is fine. Cost varies and will depend on the experience of the surgeon and the amount of sculpting and transfer performed.

You may or may not be a good candidate for liposuction. I don't think age is of any significant issue at this point. To get an accurate answer, you need to be assessed in person. It is important to differentiate between intra-abdominal fat and subcutaneous fat. Intra-abdominal fat is the fat that is deep in our muscle layers around our intestines. This type of fat cannot be removed with liposuction. Only the fat between the skin and muscle layers can be removed with liposuction.If you can pinch a thick layer of fat, then liposuction may be the perfect procedure for you. This procedure is considered very safe, can be done while awake and typically has an easy recovery.Fat transfer is typically possible and can sometimes accentuate the results from liposuction. Again, you need an in-person evaluation to get an accurate answer. Prices vary considerably. For those surgeons who use general anesthesia, there will be an anesthesia fee. Also, expect to pay a facility fee. Operating room and anesthesia fees can range from $500-$3,000. The cost for abdominal liposuction may be around $2,500-$6,000 for the surgeon's fee. Fat transfer may add anywhere from $2,000 to $5,000. In my practice, I rarely perform liposuction of just the front abdomen. Almost everyone needs to have the areas blended with the waist and flanks. My best guess is you should anticipate paying between $8,000 to $10,000 for the full procedure, including fat transfer.  I highly suggest you search out an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon with ample experience.
