I got lipo on banana rolls and posterior thighs which created a double butt crease. I’m curious what can be done to fix this as it gives a granny look, and actually looks more unattractive. I don’t want a thigh lift because I’m 25 Is it possible filler, fat transfer, skin tightening? Is it possible to undo this??

One is to have radiofrequency-based skin tightening to the affected area; a second is to use a conservative soft tissue filler to smooth out any irregularities. As you have noted, surgery is an option, but I agree that it is likely not the best choice for you at this time.
