I got lipo on banana rolls and posterior thighs which created a double butt crease. I’m curious what can be done to fix this as it gives a granny look, and actually looks more unattractive. I don’t want a thigh lift because I’m 25 Is it possible filler, fat transfer, skin tightening? Is it possible to undo this??
Answer: #LiposuctionRevision double buttock crease is one of those really hard defects to fix completely. I have done it. in some cases its completely resolved. while others its more of an improvement as the defects were so severe to begin with. I wish u all the best in finding someone who can fix it for you. if you wanna reach out to me u can always email me. I specialize in Revision Surgeries

Answer: Correcting double creases Thank you for your photo. Although a banana roll looks perfect for liposuction, most times it is not a good idea to perform liposuction in that area as the skin does not tighten in that area and can lead to these extra creases. The best way to improve it is to restore the fat in that area to help fill in the space with fat grafting. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MD Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Unhappy with liposuction of the banana roll Did banana role as a skin bulge that forms when people are in a straight standing position. The skin on the back of the thigh is pushed up against the buttocks and bulges just like the lower abdomen does when you sit down. Because this is not excess fat response poorly to liposuction. Liposuction of the banana roll should not be done. It's a bad procedure. Unfortunately this is generally not taught in medical school. Fat transfer is the only possible realistic option. Check out the results from Dr. Sidney Coleman of Tribeca plastic surgery in New York. He has some nice results of correcting this exact situation. I would not do fillers. It will be prohibitively expensive and not deliver anything near what you need to. Skin tightening without surgical excision will not be sufficient. Skin excision will leave a scar that doesn't justify the procedure. Most likely my recommendation would be to accept that it shouldn't have been done, move forward and leave it alone. I'm not sure how much it bothers you. Of the bad Liposuction outcomes I see almost daily unreal self this one is mild. You still have a great looking body!!!Be happy for what do you have stay fit exercise and be happy. Do you know what you do when a paraplegic complains how difficult your life is? You put them in a room of quadriplegics. That may be politically inappropriate and harsh sounding but I would not want to see you get disappointed twice because. A fat transfer procedure can be botched just the same or even worse. Talk to some local board-certified plastic surgeons who have experience with that transfer. No one is going to have a great deal of experience but probably Sidney Coleman has the most. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Answer: Liposuction Revision Hello and thank you for your excellent question. Based on your photos, I think that you have a few options. One is to have radiofrequency-based skin tightening to the affected area; a second is to use a conservative soft tissue filler to smooth out any irregularities. As you have noted, surgery is an option, but I agree that it is likely not the best choice for you at this time. It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate you. Preoperative visualization with Crisalix can simulate what your body will look like, and can help you make your decision. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of similar patients whom have had this procedure. Good luck!
