Is it normal that the left rib cage (just under the incision) feels tender and sore to touch? (Photos)

I am one month post op and the left rib cage is hurting. It feels tender. It feels bruised, but I don’t see any bruising. The right side is not hurting at all and feels fine. My left arm is also my dominant arm. Is this normal?
