When I got liposuction, my skin darkened severely, it was bumpy for 7 months, hard in many places, and I even developed two perfectly straight and parallel dark lines as if they were caused by the cannula. I have one patch of fat they missed. I'd like to do laser lipo to correct all of this. I had fat transferred to my butt and want some from the top of my butt removed, but I'm nervous they'll ruin the shape of my butt cheeks. Do I run the same risk of darkened skin, bumpiness, etc.
Answer: Pretty in Persia During your procedure some areas were over treated (parallel linear depressions) and under treated (fat patch). Your results were far less than ideal and yet you are now considering Liposuction of the buttock (don't do it!) and fat transfer. Nearly all women in the country request some treatment that will result in a more pronounced derrière. Fat transfer may result in an enhanced bottom, butt it may also result in a lumpy bumpy surface. In the future the combination of fat transference with stem cell injection may improve aesthetic outcomes. Factoring in your post Liposuction results, I would recommend that you seek an opinion from a plastic surgeon with many years of experience (would you be a candidate for implants?). Adding laser energy to Liposuction will not guarantee improvement of the issues mentioned above, but will increase your risk for an internal burn. Yours in health.

Answer: That's why tum. lipo under local is so beneficial . Much better results. Liposuction under local where the doc can stand you up and have you turn in all positions helps tremendously in getting smoother, better results and is easy to undergo. Fine tuning lipo is needed.

For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction revision, if you're a candidate. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the smoothest result. Hyperpigmentation can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. Answer: Liposuction revision The honest answer is that the skill of the surgeon is much more important than the type of lipo you've received. We have had to do numerous revisions and it did not matter what type of lipo was done on the patient initially.
