I had some lipo and there is indents in my inner thighs and outer , subtle but It bothers me in underwear- a surgeon suggested kybella on the thighs to dissolve the fat, has anyone ever done this?
Answer: Kybella for Liposuction Dents Kybella is a great non-surgical option for removing the stubborn fat pad under the chin. Many providers have started using it for "off-label" indications on other parts of the body. Because it is a liquid and requires injection, there is a certain lack of control over where it ends up and which fat is dissolved when used outside the confines of the chin area. Without a photo it is difficult to make recommendations but fat grafting is usually very effective at smoothing out little contour irregularities after lipo. There are lots of energy devices and gimmicks out there but the bottom line involves taking a little fat with a bit of lipo, preparing it for injection, and then injecting it precisely where it needs to go. Fat grafting offers better control and the fat stays where it is put. The thing to know with fat grafting is that not all of the fat will survive - 30% or so of the grafted fat won't live so a slight over correction may be needed up front to account for the very predictable loss of 25-30% of the fat graft. Best wishes on a great result.

Answer: Liposuction Irregularities--VASER HI DEF 4D Liposculpture Revision, ThermiRF, Fat grafting versus Kybella This is difficult to answer without pictures. Kybella is good for removing stubborn areas of fat, but lacks body shaping. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction revision. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Kybella Correcting contour irregularities depends on what areas have too much fat and what areas have too little. If you have indents, it may be best to fill in those areas with fat taken from other areas. Kybella is not FDA approved for the thigh area and is also difficult to precisely control which areas of fat are dissolved. It is best to have an in-office examination to evaluate the level of irregularity and to determine the best treatment plan for your specific case. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Answer: Consider SculpSure Thanks for your question. We have corrected complications from liposuction and CoolSculpting using SculpSure body contouring. With both lipo and CoolSculpting, it only works in the area treated and it's often noticeable. Since light energy scatters, the SculpSure treatment area is feathered into the non-treated area and won't leave ridges or valleys. Best of luck.
