What kind of light to avoid after a fractional CO2 laser treatment?

Should I avoid using electronic devices? Should I avoid light from light bulbs? Should I stay in a dark room for a whole week? O I can stay in some areas of my house where there is indirect sunlight.

It is the standard of care in my office that whenever we are performing eyelid laser whether fractional CO2 or standard CO2, we always use internal metal shields. I cannot speak for your surgeon as to why they did not use any shields for your procedure.
