Should I be concerned about this Indentation after a thread lift? (Photo)

Hello. I got a thread lift two days ago. Three threads on either side of my face to address sagging jowls and cheeks. I’m very happy with it, and not worried, but there is this indentation on my cheek and I’m wondering if I should go see my doctor sooner than the one week follow up. I’m assuming it’s because the thread was pulled too tight and/or some swelling. Just wanting to get some feedback about whether this is likely to be fixable, or if I need to wait until it absorbs over time.

I would return to the office for reevaluation, this defect could be easily corrected with early manipulation of the thread.

It would be helpful to see before photos as well. But usually with small contour irregularities, some massage, if performed correctly can help. Sometimes if the threads are put in too superficially they need to be removed through a tiny incision and that can correct the problem. If those solutions don't work, then a bit of filler can be added to fill out these irregularities. Really the best thing to do is to see the surgeon who put the threads in and he or she will likely be able to guide you to help resolve your issue.I hope this helps!
