Was wondering if it would be possible to get implants from a 34DD to an F?Would my breasts sag? Or should I get a lift with implants?
Answer: Augmentation Mastopexy Hello,Your photos do not help in any way to determine your breast shape. However, given your size, it is almost certain that you are not a candidate for breast augmentation without a lift, regardless of the size or profile of the implant. Go visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in all forms of cosmetic breast surgery, not just implants. Best of luck!

Answer: Is possible to get implants from 34DD natural breasts to an F cup? Thank you for your questions. Unfortunately, those photos are not helpful to answer your question. Seeing a nude photo taken standing from the front with your arms at your side would be helpful. Without that, it is impossible to give any advice on what might be best for you. The best thing would be to have a consultation with a local board certified plastic surgeon.Good luck!

Answer: Large Implants Hard to determine without an accurate image. You would need to be seen in person. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Breast evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. It would be very helpful to include additional photographs of your breasts with you standing upright in order to evaluate your breasts for ptosis, or sagging. It would be important to determine if you need a lift in addition to an implant. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Anything is possible but is it in your best interests??? Your photos show very generous breasts that I would speculate are ptotic to some degree. A lift would help that. Placing implant (especially if large ones) will contribute to long term problems that will require downsizing and the need for more lifting procedures. You would have to really have some great reasons if you were in my office for me to agree to placing implants in you...
