Hello,Your photos do not help in any way to determine your breast shape. However, given your size, it is almost certain that you are not a candidate for breast augmentation without a lift, regardless of the size or profile of the implant. Go visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in all forms of cosmetic breast surgery, not just implants. Best of luck!
Thank you for your questions. Unfortunately, those photos are not helpful to answer your question. Seeing a nude photo taken standing from the front with your arms at your side would be helpful. Without that, it is impossible to give any advice on what might be best for you. The best thing would be to have a consultation with a local board certified plastic surgeon.Good luck!
Hard to determine without an accurate image. You would need to be seen in person. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon
Hello and thank you for your question. Thebest advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. It would be very helpful to include additional photographs of your breasts with you standing upright in order to evaluate your breasts for ptosis, or sagging. It would be important to determine if you need a lift in addition to an implant. The size, profile, and shape ofthe implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wallmeasurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision shouldbe based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both youand your surgeon. Make sure you specifically lookat before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgeryperformed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The mostimportant aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommendthat you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon whocan evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
Your photos show very generous breasts that I would speculate are ptotic to some degree. A lift would help that. Placing implant (especially if large ones) will contribute to long term problems that will require downsizing and the need for more lifting procedures. You would have to really have some great reasons if you were in my office for me to agree to placing implants in you...
Thank you for your photos. It is best to have an in-office evaluation to take measurements and evaluate your breast and chest anatomy. Generally speaking, a breast lift is done to resize and reposition your areolas and lift your breast tissue into a tighter, more youthful position. If you would like larger breasts, implants can be placed to increase your breast size. Combining both a lift with implants would be for patients who want a larger size but their current nipple position is too low on their breast or they have too much extra skin. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MD Plastic Surgery@drjohnsonlee
Hi and thanks for the question. You can certainly have implants placed and achieve the large bra size you want. Whether or not you need a lift to get a great shape is something that can only be determined during a consultation. We have to assess nipple position, skin quality, and take measurements to determine what implants will fit you and also determine how your breast tissue will interact with an implant. The last thing you want is to end up larger but compromise your shape assuming you already like how your beasts look. The concern with adding implants to breasts that are already large is that they will get heavier. The implants that will give you the change your are describing will be between 1-2 pounds each. This additional weight will put stress on the lower pole of the breasts and you would likely get bottoming out which won't look nice. One approach I use with patients like you is to first do a lift, then during a second surgery add implants if you still want more fullness. See some board certified plastic surgeons in the area and you'll start to get a better idea of what might be the best plan for you. Good luck. Dr West
Keeping large natural breasts centered over implants can be quite challenging even under the best of circumstances. There will be a tendency for your tissue to hang off the implant giving you a long looking breast.
hello thank you for your question and provided information as well... look its not healthy for you get more cc.1- its to big for your back support2- your skin can't resist can be open with the time.
It really depends on what size you want to go to.I have specialized in XL breast implants for many years. Yes, you should be able to go bigger with an open capsultomy and if not enougfh room then placement of a tissue expander and then switching to a custom silicone breast implant. You need to contact a plastic surgeon as far as costs are concened.Custom silicone implants in XL sizes are available oveseas.
