Who fixes torn pectoral muscles over implants?

My breasts are Gel, 11 months, under the muscle. I lift weights and i have a high energy wotk lifestyle, mostly of a lot of pole work and ruff work different oddball ruff situations. I have torn a pectoral muscle below corner and inner above of the muscle over my implant. This will def require surgery, I have been in constant pain & having muscle spasms for ober 4 months . Who's feild is this now, as this is not a problem that relates because of my implants but around them. who do i see?

Yes, the burning sensation is very common post operatively.  At times patients will also complain of pulling and tightness.

This can be fixed but may be best to wait until 6 months have passed to allow for other healing. The procedure is easy to do but does require surgery.
