Would high prominent cheekbones make a person with close set eyes look like a chipmunk?

I suggest a formal consultation.  Fillers can be used to shape the face give it balance.  Without photos or seeing you in person it is very difficult to tell what is best with regards to filler placement, filler types and long term shaping.  Please see an expert who uses cannulas to limit complications. unfortunately you can't answer this without seeing photos.  In patients with deep set eye sockets cheek implants can make them look deeper because of a malar shelf, but again it is hard to advise without photos. 

High prominent cheek bones will typically create a look that will make a face appear more attractive  more photogenic.
