Without photos, I am not sure what you mean by "sagging" eyes. However, without cheek support, I would guess you are referring to a descent of the tissue beneath your eyes. And certainly, cheek implants would go a long way to dramatically improving your look. If you are still timid about that,...

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...

I suggest you speak to a facial contouring expert, you may be a candidate for liposuction of your lower face and other laser or filler procedures.  If you are not a candidate for something noninvasive, they may be able to recommend a  plastic surgeon for implants or jaw/chin surgery....

Cheek implants for the male model face. Silicone cheek implants will give you what you want if you see a surgeon who does these to look natural and not overdone.
