My cheeks are incredibly flat. I'm a young male and it makes my face look old and flat. How do I fix it?

I suggest you see a cosmetic dermatologist with expertise in treating younger males.  This is a very common area that needs addressing at young ages and can do very well with appropriately placed fillers with cannulas. I would avoid implants. I suggest a formal consultation.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Without photos, I am not sure what you mean by "sagging" eyes. However, without cheek support, I would guess you are referring to a descent of the tissue beneath your eyes. And certainly, cheek implants would go a long way to dramatically improving your look. If you are still timid about that, you could have saline injected into the appropriate area to give you a temporary idea of what it would look like.

Cannot comment accurately without at least seeing a photo. Best to get in person consultation.  Sometimes, fat or filler injection is the answer. Implants may be another option. If there is bulgy eyes, then orbital decompression is another option.

You would probably do best with having cheek implants placed by a very experienced surgeon. This should be done in a natural way so you do not have an overdone look.go to the surgeons website and look at before and after results with cheek implants and then have a consultation for a proper evaluation.     

Bine augmentation is the only long-term method that will help with adding projection to a flatter face. You can initially try injectable fillers but this is merely a 'test' not a long-term solution. Ultimately implants are needed to change the shape of the middle/cheek bone/

The cheek area can be augmented by synthetic fillers, natural fat transfer or implants. When properly performed fat last longer than any filler and allow better shaping than implants.  Without accurate pictures it is not possible to make any recommendations more specific.

Without a set of pictures, and impossible given the opinion on what may or may not be required. Cheek implants are placed in patients who have a very flat maxilla and cheek profile. The implants are composed of Silastic, are manufactured in a variety of sizes, and shapes( malar, and sub-malar). The size and shape of the implant is best determined at the time of the consultation and examination, since the cheeks are three-dimensional structure.

You can easily get a natural looking result using either facial fillers or an implant.  The way you're talking about your concerns facial fillers would be the best route.  On the anterior cheek under the eye you can use restylane or belotero for projection and sometimes you'll need some on the lateral cheek as well.  I've done this on plenty of young men in their 20's and 30's

You are absolutely correct, a flat cheek area will make the face appear long and drawn...older!  While you may think young men don't consider this...you are wrong.  About 20% of our practice are men looking to define the angularity in their faces.  Men are very handsome when their faces are angular.  See the link below to see how a simple injection can change the shape of the face.
