My left cheekbone is bigger than my right cheekbone. What is the best solution for this? (photos)

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. It is very likely that you have some issue with your temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and possibly with the alignment of your teeth.  Both of these problems could be causing the symptoms you describe.  I would recommend seeing a dentist and an oral surgeon to be evaluated.
