No, this is not a standard treatment, and I highly doubt you would be pleased with the results. Plus, it would take a lot of filler (and a lot of money) to effect any meaningful change. Forehead reduction surgery, in which a portion of the upper forehead is excised at the hairline, is one option. If your forehead appearance is due to a receding hairline, you may consider hair transplants.
