Is it possible to lower a hairline with fillers due to a high hairline? Making the forehead appear smaller.

Fillers would not cause the hairline to lower.  The hairline can be lowered with a surgical procedure though.

Hi I don't believe that you can lower the hairline efficiently or otherwise with fillers. There are other  good options to address this.

No, this is not a standard treatment, and I highly doubt you would be pleased with the results. Plus, it would take a lot of filler (and a lot of money) to effect any meaningful change. Forehead reduction surgery, in which a portion of the upper forehead is excised at the hairline, is one option. If your forehead appearance is due to a receding hairline, you may consider hair transplants.
