I have a round head and in the front poke out two lumps my dad had a gigantic head which is shaped somewhat like mine so I assume it’s just genetics but mine isn’t so extreme so I was wondering if you could let me know what I could possibly do

Yes, the frontal bone, which makes up the forehead, can be surgically altered to change the shape. Certain areas can be modestly “filed” down to improve the contour. The procedure itself requires some downtime and involves a significant amount of swelling (and possible bruising) for several days. You will also have at least one incision which can be hidden well behind the hairline.I strongly recommend scheduling a consultation with a Board-eligible or Board-certified plastic surgeon to develop your treatment plan.
