I would like advice what’s best to do ! My main concern is my jowls as that’s the most noticeable! What’s best ? I’m worried fillers would give me a chipmunk look ! I want it to look contoured ! Is fat dissolving in this area a better solution ?
Answer: Treatment Options for Early Jowl Formation I appreciate your question and your photo. Based on the image, it appears your jowl formation is still early, so you should be able to effectively treat it with nonsurgical methods. I recommend filler treatment with Voluma, Restylane Lyft, or Radiesse to enchance the jawline and add symmetry to the lower face. In addition, I would combine treatment with Ulthera or Thermage to add skin tightening to the area. Make sure you work with a board-certified dermatologist with extensive training in injectable fillers to ensure you achieve the best results possible.

Answer: Treatment Options for the Lower Face Your photo shows a recessed chin, which is creating a disproportionate look to your profile. I would likely recommend addressing this area first, using either filler or an implant to strengthen the chin. This would also improve your jowls. If you still have some sagging, you can consider fillers along the jawline or facial liposuction for a long-term solution. Choose a doctor that is board certified and has experience in facial contouring procedures like these to ensure an optimal outcome.

Answer: Filler Question Dear chanelle83,Thank you for your question. I think that filler would be your best option, both to address the jowling, chin, and midface. I would try filler before going to any other modalities, as it is easily done in the office, immediate, and reversible if you don't like it.Good luck,Nirmal R. Answer: What's best for joels? A skin tightening procedure like facetite or thermitight would be a good choice. Fillers placed appropriately would work well also.
