Can I fix fat that was transferred too low on my buttocks?

Hello, thank you for the question and provided information as well.. after analysing your case.. I can say you're a good candidate for a BBL revision, this would fix your problem, give you great results and improve the look of your butt.
It is important that you communicate to your board-certified plastic surgeon what are expecting, to make certain that your goals are realistic. It's helpful to show pictures of results you'd like, but please keep in mind that these are other people and your body is different from everybody.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. Based on your photos, it is most likely that you will need a revision surgery. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Its hard to decipher what is going on with the pictures you provided.  An in-person consultation would be beneficial.  Additional fat placement in the superior portion of the buttock and a judicious fat removal or powered blending could help.  

We perform BBL revisions every week. In order to correct your deformity, you should consider a combination of fat redistribution and possibly a lateral thigh and buttock tuck. In order to determined exactly what you will need, you should consider a complimentary consultation by a high definition BBL expert.

At least in clothing your BBL results looks fairly undesirable.
In order for us to make an assessment we need far better pictures taken from various angles wearing undergarments and showing your full  torso.better yet would be having several in person consultations.
Liposuction can be used to remove previously grafted fat.
This should be able to be improved substantially with a high-quality revision.
