Fat under upper lips (between upper lips and nose). What are my options? (photos)

So my lips protrude, but not because of an overbite, because when I smile, the protrusion goes away and my mouth area looks decent. My lips are also very full in the middle and thin around the corners. Please look at the picture attached to see what I am working with. Please note that those pictures aren't mine but are very similar to the issue that I have. I want to get a better profile and also want my lips to look symmetrical from the front. Please suggest any options, whether surgical or not
