Can eye surgery make my eyes appear Caucasian?

Would an Epicanthoplasty suffice? Or should I also go for the double eyelid surgery to enhance my crease? It appears I have a faint Epicanthic Fold. My eyes also look slightly uneven. Do I look Asian? My goal is to have Caucasian eyes. Which surgery do you recommend? Thank you.

Although you do seem to have a subtle fold at the level of the medial canthus, it is not continuous with the upper eyelid fold  like most epicanthal folds. An in-person, dynamic examination is needed to fully evaluate your creases and your possible epicanthal fold, however, a virtual consultation may be helpful, especially during COVID-19 closures. Seek an experienced Oculoplastic surgeon, preferably someone who has had training in South Korea and is very experienced with this type of surgery.

You do not have an epicanthal fold. The crazy world we live in, if you ask enough surgeons, someone will offer you surgery right or wrong. I would recommend a detailed personal assessment. Sometimes in the process of a personal consultation, a different interpretation of what you are looking for because clear and options to achieve that goal become clear.
