How can I fix my eyes, they appear to have a negative canthal tilt and are very uneven?

I have always hated the unevenness of my eyes and feel that, my eyes, and my nose need to get fixed ASAP. My eyes are my number 1 problem, so I was wondering how I can permanently fix them to have a more neutral tilt.
