There are different handpieces and settings/protocols for melting fat and skin tightenting. The answer to your question is yes... in experienced hands, the fat stays protected and the skin of the forehead and around the eyes can be tightened often showing the appearance of a slight brow lift. While this will not match a surgical brow lift procedure, you also will not have the "down-time" and scars associated with surgery. best wishes.wirthplasticsurgery.com
Hello there! Exilis Ultra will not kill fat around the eye when in experienced hands. We treat the forehead and around the eye to tighten and smooth the skin. We also can gently lift the brow with manual pressure, to treat along the brow bone. We do not, however, treat the eyelid itself. I would recommend consulting with an experienced Exilis Ultra provider for pricing and number of treatments. You will see full results 3-6 months after the treatments are completed. Cheers! Treatments done with Exilis ultra on face focus on skin tightening rather than destroying fat. It will not destroy fat cellls. A different hand piece is used to treat face and treatment usually feels like a hot stone massage.
