Ems training is possible. Breast implant position may affect the electrode to muscle transmission necessary for EMS. Electrode placement on the upper chest should work without interference with either submuscular or subglandular positioned breast implants. Stimuli to the lower pectoralis muscle may be dampened or impaired by subglandular positioned implants. In contrast, ems may amplify dynamic animation of submuscular implants.
Breast implants don't cause migraines. They can simply come on out of what seems like nowhere. However, if you are worried about a rupture or tear in your implant then I would suggest that you have an MRI of both breasts just to be safe. Best of luck.
