Yes, there are definitely differences in the male vs female cheek!  Beautiful women tend to have soft, round, 'apple' cheeks (Halle Berry).  Handsome men tend to have angularity to their cheeks and jaw (Brad Pitt).  This look can be achieved, when performed by someone experienced, with both fillers or cheek implants.
