Lifting something heavy should not affect your results, though you may get some swelling. In a rare case, you can cause some bleeding signficant enough to stretch and distort the tissues. It depends on the type of incision that was made (direct excision of tissue vs. liposuction), on how you have been healing prior to this, and weather or not you noticed anything immediately after lifting the heavy object - like swelling. Chances are, if you feel fine now and your incisions and chest look fine, then you likely ok. Regardless, you may want to call your PS just to double check - he or she may want to see you.
