In your case I would recommend an in-person examination of the quality of fat that remains in the area. Given the little details of your treatment and looking at your pictures, I would want to rule out the possibility of Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia. It may respond to a non-surgical treatment such as ThermiTight or FaceTite, but if the fat feels firm and fibrous then traditional liposuction followed by a skin tightening procedure may be the best option. You look too young for a "mini facelift"! The InMode Facetite and facial liposculpture and neck liposculpture at the same time just makes more sense to me. A facelift is more definitive but has the associated scars that one cannot just gloss over. I'd base this decision on you age and your tolerance of scars. Best Wishes!!

I have done some of the most face tite procedures and renuvion neck procedures in the country, years before other doctors, and facetite alone will not give you the biggest improvement. facetite + neck lift will. you are a candidate for neck surgery (lift + platysmaplasty) however if you are not willing to do this procedure for whatever reason, then facetite + liposuction will give you IMPROVEMENT but not nearly as substantial as a lift with facetite/liposuction.  See an expert please.With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel,  co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles.  You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:
1. micro needling and lasers for texture
2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands
3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting
4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds
5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening)

7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening
8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness
9. PDO novathreads or silhouette instalift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production

Thank you for your questions and photos. Based on these photos, I would recommend liposuction to the area under the chin (submental area) to smooth and thin the area. In addition, you may need a small amount of fat grafting to fill the dent left from the coolsculpting procedure.
