I am considering Facetite for minor jowling and under chin fat. My concern is that Facetite will not deliver maximum results for fat removal. Is lipo normally included with Facetite or is Facetite a form of lipo itself?

FaceTite works well to tighten the skin up to 40%. Excess fat can be addressed based on patient goals.

Answer: Facetite For most patients who are good candidates for facetite, there is some jowling and fat under the chin. After we do the radiofrequency treatments, we do some lipo to remove any melted fat, and also to sculpt the jowl and neck.

If there is excess fat under the chin or in the jowls, it is removed with a tiny liposuction cannula during the procedure to give a crisp jawline and reduce jowls.
