I planned on receiving a rhinoplasty on my large/ bulbous nose but have been told by several surgeons that the skin of my nose is too thick for a nose job to have any real noticeable effect. In lieu of a rhinoplasty, could a CO2 laser reduce the thickness of my nasal skin and thus reduce overall size of my nose?
