Can i start isotretinoin after 4 days of co2 fractional laser?

I have done my co2 fractional laser before 4 days,today is my 4th day,i have 3-4 acne on my face i continue use moisturizer , sunscreen and night cream also,my doctor suggest take isotretinoin 10 mg daily,but i have read all about isotretinoin after laser,so can i start isotretinoin 10 mg daily, can this will reduce healing process or scarring,plz answer.

The study that changed the protocol allowing laser a short time after ending isotretinoin therapy was done at 1 month. Although you probably will not have untoward effects, it is safer to wait the one month.Jeff Rapaport MD FAADRealself All-star

I encourage you to wait a month or so prior to restarting isotretinoin. Further drying of skin is counter to maintaining the moist skin we seek for optimal healing and tissue regeneration.
In the mean time, you might give blue light therapy a try to control the acne. at about 6 weeks you might also try a IPL or two. This will kill the bacteria in the pores and help otherwise control the acne.
