I had a CO2 dot laser 27 days ago. I noticed these flesh color spot patterns below my tear trough area. Advice? (photo)

Can it be possible my skin has been damaged? Or maybe im still healing? Is it unsafe to Dot below the eye? I was told it would be great for my skin. It is like patches of flesh color dots
