Answer: CO2 paired with TCA cross will help minimize the appearance of large pores Fractional CO2 laser is an excellent tool for skin rejuvenation in our center in Santa Monica. We use the fractional multi-depth ablative approach to help resurface the skin, recontour acne scars, improve incisional plastic surgery scars, and reduce surface irregularities from skin tone to dark pigmentation. Our approach utilizes a multi-depth approach that targets melanocytes in the epidermis and collagen fibroblasts in the dermis. This approach can be combined with a TCA Peel in a process known as a sapphire peel. Fractional laser is excellent for acne scars and contour scars in the skin. Patients are advised to undergo skin protocols with Melarase creams before and after treatment to help reduce pigmentation. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. After the laser, we expect redness for a few weeks as the skin improves. PRP and Hydrafacial enzyme facials can further improve skin quality after fractional co2. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: CO2 CO2 laser resurfacing is a popular treatment for a variety of skin concerns, including large pores. The laser works by removing the outer layers of skin, which can help to stimulate collagen production and improve the texture and appearance of the skin. CO2 laser resurfacing can be effective in reducing the appearance of large pores on the nose, but the extent of improvement may depend on the severity of the pores and the individual's skin type and condition. In general, CO2 laser resurfacing is more effective in individuals with fair skin and mild to moderate pore size. It's important to note that CO2 laser resurfacing is a more invasive procedure and may require some downtime for recovery. You may experience some redness, swelling, and peeling after the treatment, but these side effects are temporary and should resolve within a few days to a week. If you're interested in CO2 laser resurfacing, I recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience with this procedure. They can assess your individual concerns and recommend the best treatment options for your skin type and condition. They can also discuss the potential risks and benefits of the procedure and help you determine if it's the right option for you. Best of luck ! Randal Haworth MD - Los Angeles, CA
