I do a lot of this for people around the world. You can reduce the cheeks and jaw for sure if that is your goal. Accutite (or facetite) afterwards is likely a good idea along the jaw line. You could also consider augmentation of the front of the cheek under the eye where it is a bit flat as that is making the side cheeks look bigger and shadowing your eyes.
We address these issues regularly. There are ways to address this through the inside of your mouth and with an injection that will improve facial balance.
You do have flat cheeks. You may simply need cheek implants to adjust that area and provide some support for the lower part of your cheeks. This is an in office procedure for me.
Often lateral projection reduction is a mistake, but when indicated, anterior projection can be valuable. I do both frequently (When indicated) and find that osteotomy is usually not necessary as the bone can be reduced. ch
