Cheek implant removal 2 months post op, will my skin sag?

I would not expect that implant removal would result in your cheeks or skin hanging but remember that you are used to seeing yourself with a fuller cheeks  and removing them may feel like you are worse than pre-op but in reality little has changed. If you are truly unhappy with your recent cheek augmentation, speak with your surgeon about your concerns and discuss recommendations for improvement. Perhaps there are other suggestions for you to consider before taking them out. However, should you decide to have your cheek implants removed, I would not expect any problems with sagging skin after removal. Good luck
