Would I be a good candidate for buccal fat removal? 24 y/o with a BMI of 20.2 (photos)

Hello! Yes, buccal fat removal tends to work quite well at that spot. The procedure - as you may know - is performed through small incisions within the inside of the cheek in the mouth. The fat pad is gently teased out and the wound closed with dissolvable stitches. The result can create a subtle narrowing on front view but more prominent appearance on three-quarter view. Other than tenderness with chewing, the recovery is mild. I would seek consultation with a Facial Plastic Surgeon who performs this often to learn more. Hope this helps!
