Are there permanent options that can slim the lower face while addressing asymmetry? (photos)

Hello! I am looking to slim my lower face. I have always had chubby cheeks and dislike them. My left cheek has always been fuller than my right, and I would really like to get them symmetrical and reduce overall fullness. I already have masseter botox and itthas slimmed my face a little, but I want a permanent and more dramatic solution. Does anyone have any ideas for permanent facial slimming and a solution for one side of the face being fuller than the other? Photos attached. Thank you!!!
