Am I a good candidate for a brow lift to correct asymmetry?

RealSelfMember03416
Hello! I have extremely asymmetrical eyebrows. My right eyebrow (picture left) is not as high, and when I crunch my eyebrows together it kind of collapses on my eye (pictures of the expression shown). I know I want the tails of both of my brows pulled laterally a bit and the right tail lifted as well. Am I good candidate for a brow lift? I'm under 30, and had a rhinoplasty two years ago. Also, is there any option for local anesthesia with brow lifts or is it universally always done fully under?
