Will body lift decrease pubic region and expose erect penis?

During the 360 circumferential lower body lift, skin and fat is removed from the supra-pubic, abdomen, love handles, buttocks, and lateral hips. If done properly, a lower body lift will absolutely reduce the volume and droopiness of the pubic region, but it will not increase the length of either an erect or flaccid penis.  However, reducing the volume of the pubic area will expose the penis more and will give the appearance of more length in the flaccid state.  Congratulations on your weight loss and best of luck with any surgery you wish to pursue!

Congrats on the weight loss! Lower body lift surgery can provide dramatic improvements to the abdomen, love handles, thighs, and pubic area. Specific techniques may be needed to reduce pubic skin and fat excess but can result in "revealing" of the genitalia in a pleasing way. Individual examination is required in order to assess which approaches are required.
