If so, how much would I need? What kind of filler do you recommend? Will I look more refreshed? Thank you.
Answer: Fillers for Tear Troughs Based on your photos, you would be a good candidate for under eye fillers. In this area, I prefer to use Restylane-L. Normally, I will start with one syringe of Restylane-L in this sensitive area. I always have my patients follow up 3-4 weeks post injections and if needed, we can always add additional filler. Be sure to consults with a board certified plastic surgeon who has expertise with injections in the tear trough area.

Answer: Under Eyes Hello, Thank you for your question and picture. Based on what can be seen it appears that you may benefit from a small amount of filler. We prefer a product like Restylane Sill under the eyes but you will need to be evaluated in person to determine the best product and amount. It will help you look refreshed! Good luck!

Answer: Dermal fillers and eyes Based upon the photos provided, you would be a candidate for dermal fillers. I would start with Restylane. It likely that you will need more than 1 syringe. I would recommend that you go to experienced cosmetic surgeon so you can avoid potential problems of lumpiness that can occur with a less experienced injector.

Answer: Improving Under Eye with Fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk)--add Fraxel, Microneedling/PRP Yes, you are a candidate for tear trough fillers. These fillers (belotero, volbella, restylane silk) are good for under the eye, but keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers combined with lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer
