I've always wanted to have a beard, unfortunately I don't have the genes to grow a full beard so I'm left to look for surgery if I ever want to sport a decent beard, I'm about to turn 27 and the beard just never came to me. I've been searching on internet but there are just so little information and pictures of people that have undergone such procedure; I want to know the rate of success and if the results I want are realistic (showed on the picture).

There's no reason to not take supplements like that. But keep in mind they aren't proven to work- some people may get results, but results are not guaranteed by any means. There isn't any harm in trying.
Rosacea
is not a dermatological condition that would impede growth of your grafts. However, my recommendation would be to have
it evaluated and possibly treated with lasers such as V beam laser then wait a
few months before having a beard transplant.
