My BBL garment is really tight on my butt. Should I cut it to make hole at the butt way bigger?

I recommend you visit your PS asap to follow up on his or her instructions to be able to prevent any infection or any other complications.

You are early in the healing phase you have to give it some time to settle,this can take up to 6 weeks for it loose some volume and you will see results in about 3 months,consult with your PS to discuss your concerns.
