Apple/inverted triangle, looking to get Brazilian butt lift (Photo)

Question

The last image is of my body now. The other two are photoshopped.please excuse my poor Photoshopping skills.My concern is my wider waist and narrow hips.Would it be possible through a Brazilian buttlift and liposuction to achieve something similar to these images?I understand that based on my body and complications that go into surgery that there is no garuntee of specific results.

Only two photoshop images are displayed when I read your question so I am unable to view the image of your body now.  Liposuction by the right surgeon can make your waist as small as possible.  The ability to change buttock shape depends upon the skill of the surgeon and the intrinsic properties of patient tissues. I have performed the procedure on many thin patients and models, but this all depends upon where there is fat and how capable the surgeon is at removing that fat. 
Set up a virtual or in-office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of BBLs and liposuctions annually so that you can discuss all your concerns and desired size and shape goals. Thank you for your question. Thin patients require multiple areas of liposuction to have enough for a fat transfer.  An examination would be needed to fully answer your question.  Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.  Best wishes!

A Brazilian Butt Lift combines both liposuction and fat grafting to narrow your waist and shape your hips/butt.  This combination should give you a much slimmer waist and curvy hips.

Dear raquel006,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. It is hard to tell form you  photos since there is only one view. I recommend that you see a board certified PS in your area that does at lot of this type of procedure. You are thin so it is important that you go to someone who has a lot of experience.
