Dear jamiesan,While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result. I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. If liposuction is carefully and correctly done it should be smooth without contour irregularities.
This is largely a function of the skill of the plastic surgeon and the ability to create a smooth, uniform flap.
Thank you for your question,It is important after surgery that you perform vigorous massage anywhere you feel the lump. This will help flatten out the lumps and give you a more smooth liposuction result. Please also speak to your plastic surgeon if you are concerned.Regards,
Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. The fat transfer, often called Brazilian butt lift has become extremely popular because it allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your waist, hips and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape. My recommendations to prevent any complication after your procedure are:- Follow your doctor instruction and advises- Use your garment 24/7- Have lymphatic drainage massages I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals. Good luck :)
Lipo can leave lumps and bumps behind but less so if you pick a good board certified PS that does a lot of this type of procedure. Also, wearing the compression garment as recommended is key. I recommend professional lymphatic massages 1-2x/week starting the 2nd or 3rd week after surgery to the areas of lipo for a few weeks then 1-2 deep tissue massages. You should also do daily self massages.
Hello, thanks for your question. this always depend on the patient, besides that your surgeon's skills can benefit for a smooth results. Good luck!
Hi and thanks for your questions. BBL is a great procedure to shape and enhance your buttock using your own fat. In order to avoid asymmetry and lumps, please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who has extensive experience in liposuction and BBL. An experience surgeon in body contouring will most likely be able to achieve your desired results without the uneven lumps as you described. Best wishes to you!
Liposuction would give you wonderful results, but you must find a surgeon that uses VASER high definition liposuction to really sculpt your body. VASER will melt away your fat with Power X Canulas to take out the fat. Cool Helium Plasma skin tightening is necessary to tighten your skin and give you the tight look you are looking for. For fat transfer keep in mind that for best results and to obtain the absolute highest yield of fat you should use High Definition liposuction with VASER technology, as well as Puregraft fat transfer. Best of luck!
Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your photos you are a good candidate for the procedures you mentioned and I think you'll get very good results. The amount of CC you want i believe are reasonable because that way you will get more ...
Based upon the goal pictures, you may need closer to 1000 cc per buttock.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Thanks for your question. After your gastric sleeve, you would need to reach your goal weight and keep weight stable for 6 months. Once this is achieved, you can have a BBL. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama M.D., Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
