I'm 53, 5"8' and weigh 140. I'm planning a tt with lipo on my hips/flanks and bbl. my board certified ps says he can get 850 ccs in each butt cheek. I want projection for a more youthful figure. I don't want to look unnatural or overdone. Is this too much?

Answer: BBL - is 850 cc BBL too much? You want at least 850cc transferred because we know that 30-50% of the fat volume is lost over the first 3-6 months after surgery. If less than 850 is placed, you won't have enough once you lose that volume. You may think it is too big immediately post op but long term you will be happy.

Answer: BBL - is 850 cc BBL too much? Hello, thanks for your question and provided information. you are a good candidate for the procedure, in your case, as you don't have much fat, it will be too much to add a significant amount, because of your thin figure, consult with your surgeon what will be better for you, I think you will get better results with less than that amount.
