I'm 53, 5"8' and weigh 140. I'm planning a tt with lipo on my hips/flanks and bbl. my board certified ps says he can get 850 ccs in each butt cheek. I want projection for a more youthful figure. I don't want to look unnatural or overdone. Is this too much?

Answer: BBL candidate Dear chasnyth,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Answer: BBL - is 850 cc BBL too much? You want at least 850cc transferred because we know that 30-50% of the fat volume is lost over the first 3-6 months after surgery. If less than 850 is placed, you won't have enough once you lose that volume. You may think it is too big immediately post op but long term you will be happy.
