I am primarily concerned with my wide nose and bulbous tip and not so much with adding height to my nose. I want to avoid getting any kind of implant in my nose, because I want my nose to look natural and not perfect. Would a rhinoplasty with alarplasty/tip refinement be enough to make my nose slimmer and more feminine? Thanks!

Answer: Asian tip rhinoplasty Giving more projection along the lower half of your nose will have an overall thinning effect along with giving more tip definition. In almost all primary cases, your internal septal cartilage can be used to accomplish this. Your alae will narrow as well, but if you wanted further narrowing, a conservative reduction could be performed.

It really depends on what kind of a nose you like and what things you wish changed. The most important thing is select the surgeon who does natural noses and who will do what you want changed.
