Would an alarplasty/tip refinement be enough for my Asian nose?

Giving more projection along the lower half of your nose will have an overall thinning effect along with giving more tip definition. In almost all primary cases, your internal septal cartilage can be used to accomplish this. Your alae will narrow as well, but if you wanted further narrowing, a conservative reduction could be performed.

Based on your photos, it does appear that refining the tip of your nose and creating more height and projection to the bridge and tip of your nose will make a nice change to your overall appearance. 

The safest, most permanent option for building up your nose is using tissue from your own body. Any synthetic implant will always have a higher risk of infection, migration or extrusion than your own tissue (such as ear cartilage or rib cartilage). 
Dorsal augmentation (building your bridge) with diced cartilage wrapped in fascia (DCF) provides predictable, reliable, consistently excellent results and becomes incorporated fully into your nose, unlike silicone. The most consistent results, however, come from the surgeon, not the technique.

Asian rhinoplasty with alarplasty with tip narrowed etc. can be done without any other parts of rhinoplasty. It  really depends on what kind of a nose you like and what things you wish changed. The most important thing is select the surgeon who does natural noses and who will do what you want changed. 

Its true that many surgeons recommend dorsal augmentation with tip and alar (nostril) surgery in asian patients, but this is not true for everyone. You are a great candidate for tip and nostril refinement because you prefer it! Be sure to discuss your case with a specialist and best of luck!

From the limited photographs, does not appear that there's a bulbous tip present to start with. In addition, the cartilage present in the Asian nasal tip is very thin and removing it does very little to improve narrowing the nasal tip due to thick skin that is present in that area. An alar-plasty procedure can accomplish narrowing wide nostrils by removal of the wedge of skin at the base of them.

Having said that limiting your surgery to refining the tip and narrowing the nasal base is probably a reasonable approach depending on your goals.
