If you're unhappy at that point, you'll need a revision rhinoplasty. An alarplasty, or nose reduction only addresses flared noses, narrowing and reducing nostril width to be more proportionate with the rest of the face. For a more in-depth opinion, I recommend visiting a board-certified facial plastic surgeon that specializes in revision rhinoplasty.

 Probably best to wait at least 6 to 9 months before making a determination about narrowing the nostrils with an alar-plasty, since there's still swelling in the nose. An alar-plasty simply narrows wide nostrils, that's it.
