I would like o get a 22 inc waist and make a better hip to waist ratio, would cool sculpting wrk or even liposuction
Answer: CoolSculpting on a 24-inch Waist Waist size is not a contraindication to CoolSculpting. This device is designed to remove stubborn fat that has not responded to diet and exercise. Based on your description, it sounds like you could see some benefit from this treatment. However, find a board-certified dermatologist with extensive experience in this procedure to schedule an in-person assessment and create a treatment program that works best for you.

Answer: Going for Smaller Waistline Thru Technology You need enough fat to get results from CoolSculpting. Placement of the treatment cup is important if you do have sufficient fat. There are various sizes that fit different body locations.Toning via muscle contraction with a device like Cooltone or emSculpt is another route, but if your muscles are already tight and toned, you likely won't see much difference.

Answer: Coolsculpting Thank you for your question! Coolsculpting is a great non surgical and non invasive option to get rid of stubborn pockets of fat. Coolsculpting targets the subcutaneous or "pinchable" layer of fat, so, if you can squeeze it, we can freeze it! However, you would need to go to your nearest provider to get an accurate assessment to make sure that you are a good candidate for the procedure. Thank you!

Answer: Candidate for CoolSculpting Thank you for your question. CoolSculpting is an excellent option for trimming away stubborn fat you have not been able to eliminate with diet and exercise alone. The fact that your waist is already relatively small should not be a problem in undergoing this treatment. I encourage you to select a board-certified dermatologist who has extensive experience in body contouring for your procedure. This experienced professional will have the expertise necessary to achieve an optimal outcome from your treatment session.

Answer: Coolsculpting Fat Removal - add Vanquish, trusculpt iD, Cellutone, EVIVE, ZWave -- “Fire and Ice” Non Surgical Fat Reduction If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well. We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Coolsculpting often takes a few treatments separated 8 to 12 weeks apart to get significant improvement. However, to get the most fat removal, contouring, skin tightening and definition, a VASER HI-DEF liposuction / liposculpture procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite and fat grafting is your best bet. This will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a body contouring and hi-definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
