Could someone with 24 inch waist still get CoolSculpting ?

I would like o get a 22 inc waist and make a better hip to waist ratio, would cool sculpting wrk or even liposuction

Waist size is not a contraindication to CoolSculpting. This device is designed to remove stubborn fat that has not responded to diet and exercise. Based on your description, it sounds like you could see some benefit from this treatment. You need enough fat to get results from CoolSculpting. Placement of the treatment cup is important if you do have sufficient fat. There are various sizes that fit different body locations.Toning via muscle contraction with a device like Cooltone or emSculpt is another route, but if your muscles are already tight and toned, you likely won't see much difference.

Coolsculpting targets the subcutaneous or "pinchable" layer of fat, so, if you can squeeze it, we can freeze it! If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well.  We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Coolsculpting often takes a few treatments separated 8 to 12 weeks apart to get significant improvement.   However, to get the most fat removal, contouring, skin tightening and definition, a VASER HI-DEF liposuction / liposculpture procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite and fat grafting is your best bet. Coolsculpting or Liposuction are always good treatments to help lose a couple inches off the waistline.  Coolsculpting is a great alternative to Liposuction if you're not able to have the downtime with surgery.  I would recommend getting a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to get the best options for your body type.

If there is pinchable-fat in the area of concern, CoolSculpting should work. It will not necessarily make your waist shrink to the desired size however.
